Shipping policy

1.1 U.S. Shipping Coverage

We ship exclusively to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands), and U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO). No international shipping is offered under this policy.

1.2 U.S. Order Processing Time

After you place a U.S. order and your payment is confirmed, we process it within 1–2 U.S. business days 

1.3 U.S. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use U.S.-based carriers (USPS, UPS) for all shipments. Delivery times start after processing is complete:

Note: APO/FPO addresses or remote U.S. areas (e.g., Alaska rural regions) may add 1–2 business days to delivery times.

1.4U.S. Free Shipping & Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping: Automatically applied to all U.S. orders (no minimum purchase required)—no code needed.

1.5 U.S. Shipment Tracking

Once your U.S. order ships, we send a U.S. Shipping Confirmation Email with:

  • A unique U.S. tracking number (e.g., USPS Tracking Number, UPS Tracking Number).
  • A link to the carrier’s U.S. tracking page (e.g., https://tools.usps.com) to check real-time status.

Tracking updates may take 24 hours to appear after shipping (due to carrier processing).

1.6 U.S. Shipping Address Rules

  • Provide a complete U.S. address (street, city, state, ZIP code, apartment/unit number if applicable)—incomplete addresses cause delays.
  • Address changes: Edit your U.S. shipping address within 24 hours of ordering (email support@jomedesign.store with your order number). No changes after shipping.

1.7 U.S. Shipping Issues

  • Lost U.S. Packages: If marked “delivered” but missing, contact us within 7 days—we file a U.S. carrier claim and reship/refund.
  • Damaged U.S. Packages: Take photos of damage, contact us within 48 hours—we send a prepaid U.S. return label and reship/refund.
